Pearl River High School Reunions
To all members of the Class of 1971: At a dinner with Susan Keith, Marie Fiore, Marion Sheridan, Marie McKee, Janet Scanlon and Ann Guerci it was decided that we are going to coordinate an impromptu reunion. All classmates and their guests are asked to join us at The Grand Saloon on East Central Avenue on Friday, October 6 at 7pm. We will enjoy the evening and see who shows up. Saturday, October 7 is Pearl River Day so all classmates are welcome to spend the day in town enjoying the music, local restaurants and activities. We will announce a central meeting place somewhere in town at a later date. If you are planning on joining us please contact Sue Keith Rutledge at rutledgesk@gmail so we can get an idea who is interested and will be attending. Please share this post with anyone you are in contact with from the class. The more the merrier!

Pearl River School District Archives
Mission Statement: Established in 1993, under the auspices of the Pearl River Alumni Association, to collect and preserve artifacts and archival materials relating to the Pearl River School District. These materials are available to all interested parties for research, education, and exhibition.
Our entire archives of articles, photos, yearbooks, memorabilia, etc. of students and activities that encompass the district's long history are maintained by a group of volunteers. These retired teachers, graduates, and parents of the Pearl River School District offer a few hours each week to assemble and organize diverse materials into a structured collection of chronicles.
If your class or organization is in need of copies of historical items pertaining to the Pearl River School District community, please contact our Community Services Office at firstname.lastname@example.org or 845-620-3918. We encourage as long a lead-time as possible, as the research process can be time-consuming and the volunteers currently meet only once per week. The district also has a graduating class banner that can be borrowed and adjusted for your class.
You can also visit our online Pearl River School District Archives website, which lists the high school and middle school yearbooks, Tenth Muse, various sports awards programs, and individual publications in our collection. Just type the school's appreviation (PRHS, PRMS) or document name in the KEYWORD field. To view these references in person at our District Offices, please call 620-3918 for an appointment.
Cleaning out an attic or basement? We also welcome suitable donations to our archives!
