The PRSD Administration Building is located at 135 West Crooked Hill Road.

Who May Vote - Voter Registration:
In order to vote in the upcoming school budget vote and board elections, voters must be registered with the Rockland County Board of Elections or PRSD. To find out if you are registered, contact the district clerk, Mary Flanagan , at 620-3924. Eligible residents can register with Mrs. Flanagan in the district administration offices during regular office hours. In-person registration is required along with photo identification and proof of residence. The district administration building is located at 135 West Crooked Hill Road, Pearl River.
To be eligible to register, you must be:
• 18 years of age or older on the day of the vote
• A citizen of the United States
• A resident of the Pearl River School District for at least 30 days prior to the day of the vote
 


Absentee Ballots:
Registered voters unable to make it to the polls during polling hours can obtain an absentee ballot from the district clerk, Mary Flanagan at flanaganm@pearlriver.org  or 845-620-3924. Ballots must be returned to Mrs. Flanagan no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 15th . 
  

All Voters Vote at PRHS 
PRSD has consolidated to ONE polling place for all voters:
Pearl River High School Pirate Cove
Voters no longer go to Franklin Avenue and Lincoln Avenue Elementary Schools for school votes. 
This does not impact polling places for general elections.
