2010-11 Budget Vote Voting Day - Tuesday, May 18th, 2010
Who May Vote - Voter Registration: In order to vote in the upcoming school budget vote and board elections, voters must be registered with the Rockland County Board of Elections or PRSD. To find out if you are registered, contact the district clerk, Mary Flanagan , at 620-3924. The deadline to register for this year's budget vote is now passed. Eligible residents can register for next year with Mrs. Flanagan in the district administration offices during regular office hours. In-person registration is required along with photo identification and proof of residence. The district administration offices are located on the lower level of PRHS. Take the third entrance into PRHS, park in the lower lot by the baseball field, and enter through the blue double doors. To be eligible to register, you must be: • 18 years of age or older on the day of the vote • A citizen of the United States • A resident of the Pearl River School District for at least 30 days prior to the day of the vote Absentee Ballots: Registered voters unable to make it to the polls during polling hours can obtain an absentee ballot from the district clerk, Mary Flanagan at flanaganm@pearlriver.org or 845-620-3924. Ballots must be returned to Mrs. Flanagan no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 17th .
