All Winter athletes need a current physical. A current physical for Varsity and JV Winter sports must be dated on or after November 1, 2024.
A current physical for Modified Winter sports must be dated on or after December 1, 2024. All new physicals should be completed on the NYS School Health Examination Form.

School Physician Dates: Dr. Padre will be in on Thursday November 13th at the HS nurse’s office for those entering 8th - 11th grade. Dr. Padre will be in on Monday November 24th at the MS nurse’s office for those entering 7th grade. Please complete the appropriate Google Form to schedule your appointment for one of these dates:

Only students playing Winter sports who still need a physical can schedule a health exam with Dr. Padre on those dates.

Any 8th grader who has been invited to try-out for a Varsity or JV Spring team will need to get the Athletic Placement paperwork from the coach who is inviting them. On a date to be determined the athlete will need to see the school doctor to be cleared for the tryout. Once cleared by the doctor, the Athletic Trainer will conduct physical fitness testing in order to try out starting on TBD. Athletes should meet at the trainer’s office by the back gym of the high school.
