During her time in Pearl River, Dr. DeSa has quickly become an integral part of our school community. She has led and advanced several important district initiatives, including the development of the Arts and Letters program, enhanced professional development and support for first-year teachers, and the continued implementation of our Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). Through her visible presence in our schools and her collaborative work with staff, students, and families, she has demonstrated a genuine commitment to the success and well-being of every child.

Dr. DeSa holds a Doctor of Education and Professional Diploma in Instructional Leadership, as well as a Master's Degree in Sociology from St. John's University. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Manhattan College and is a New York State permanently certified Elementary Teacher and School District Administrator.
